Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours (2 days) notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules needed. All cancellations will incur a $50 rebooking fee. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service booked. Any no showings will be 100% of services booked owed or immediately prohibited from re-booking.

Extensions Only Disclaimer

Due to the time and care I put into your custom hair extensions and the strict return guidelines from the supplier, my cancellation policy for all extension services is non-negotiable. 

Please take the time to read through this carefully and thoroughly before booking an appointment to avoid any confusion later.

Your 50% deposit is partially refundable up to 5 days before your appointment, except for any custom length orders and all volume only appointments, which are non-refundable.

All cancellation and reschedule requests made within 5 days before your appointment will make your deposit non-refundable. Because I custom colour and prep all extension hair 2-3 days before your appointment, I cannot refund them as per the supplier's policy. All cancellations will require a $50 re-booking fee to be paid at time of booking. 

In the event that you change your mind before the above mentioned time frame, please note there will be a non-negotiable $100 fee subtracted from your deposit. This is to cover all taxes and fees incurred from the original purchase and return process from the extension hair manufacturer.

Please note that No-shows will forfeit their deposit and hair and will be required to pay in full for the appointment missed and all future appointments in order to rebook.

All appointments are to be paid in full at time of booking. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in 100% of your services owed.
