What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing technique.

Derived from the Japanese word (Rei) meaning "Universal Life" and (Ki) which mean "Energy", Reiki works on all levels; Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. It is a transfer of energy by way of "laying on hands" that can release blocked or stagnant energy from the body encouraging pure positive energy to flow in its place, which in turn promotes deep healing. It is not a cure for disease or illness, although it can assist the body to facilitate its own healing.
