Disclaimer: If you have more than average hair density and/or length, there may be an added charge starting at $10 to cover the extra product use.

Full Custom Colour: Any full service that is longer than 4 hours will be billed at $450 + $130 per hour after the first 4 hours. This hourly includes service and average product use.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required for all new clients booking for this service.

If you have any type of permanent extensions, there will be an additional $15 service charge to account for added time needed to work around them and blow-dry.

What's the cost?
New hair install: $180/row + cost of hair
Cost includes install blending cut and heat style. Any custom colouring is not included.

Consultations cost $25 and take about 15 minutes.

What are sew-in wefts?
These extensions are installed by sewing wefts to small silicone beads attached to your hair.

What is the maintenance like?
Hidden Bead re-fit is every 8-10 weeks and typically takes about 1 hr per row.
There is no wash or style included.

K-Tip Extensions

Individually installed keratin tip extensions, custom coloured for your dream hair. This luxury service will give you natural, dreamy locks that you only need to refresh every 3-4 months. K-tips are lightweight, undetectable and protect the hair they're bonded to, allowing the user naturally feeling hair at the length they desire.

What's the cost?
$150/hour + cost of hair (avg $144-160 per pack)

What are ktips?
The most natural looking extensions, with the longest maintenance timeframe. These extensions cocoon and bond keratin around your hair in small, individual pieces throughout. Due to their customizable nature, these 1g pieces can also be cut into smaller pieces before install. This means they can get be placed really close to the hairline and still remain undetectable. Perfect for an add on for any extension modality or to just add a bit of density around the face.
What is the maintenance like?
Typical removal and replacement is every 3-4 months. Appointment time length ranges from 2 - 8 hours depending on how many packs need to be removed and replaced.

Once K-tips have been removed, they cannot be re-bonded to the same length. They can be cut and re-bonded if the length still makes sense for your overall hair goals. Re-bonding is available at a cost of $2 per bond, or you will need to purchase new hair, and payment for hair will be required in full before ordering. This can be done up to 10 days before your maintenance appointment to allow for weekends, stat holidays and all other shipping delays.

*Please note that in the event the extension company is out of stock of your current colour, there are two options. I have a few different companies I can order from so I will look at all options available to make it work, including extra custom colouring if needed. If that is not a viable option, we will have to remove your k-tips no later than 4 months from last install and wait for your new hair before scheduling your new install.

Removal can be scheduled for the day (or two) before if you wish to break up your appointment time provided you are able to wash and prep your hair properly the night before your install appointment. This ensures your k-tips bond properly. Failure to do so may result in k-tips slipping out of the hair, and cannot be re-bonded.
What is included with the cost?
Fresh Install (no existing bonds in the hair) includes install, blending cut and heat style.
Refresh Install includes removal of existing extensions, install of new hair, blending cut and heat style.
All custom colour costs $50 per pack. This does not include any colour service costs for your own hair.
How much hair will I need?
Cost depends on amount of packs needed (25g per pack), your current hair length and overall hair goal. We will cover all of this in your consultation.
Approx. packs needed:
Adding volume: 2 packs minimum
Adding length + volume: 4 packs minimum

Extensions Disclaimer

Due to the time and care I put into your custom hair extensions and the strict return guidelines from the supplier, my cancellation policy for all extension services is non-negotiable.

Please take the time to read through this carefully and thoroughly before booking an appointment to avoid any confusion later.

All cancellation and reschedule requests made within 5 days before your appointment will make your deposit non-refundable. Because I custom colour and prep all extension hair 2-3 days before your appointment, I cannot refund them as per the supplier's policy. All cancellations will require a $50 re-booking fee to be paid at time of booking.

In order to secure your appointment spot, you will be required to pay a deposit to cover the cost of the hair. This varies depending on the amount needed and service booked. Your deposit is partially refundable up to 5 days before your appointment, except for any custom length orders, which are non-refundable.

In the event that you change your mind before the above mentioned time frame, please note there will be a non-negotiable $100 fee subtracted from your deposit. This is to cover all taxes and fees incurred from the original purchase and return process from the extension hair manufacturer.

** No-shows will forfeit their deposit and hair and will be required to pay in full for the appointment missed and future appointment in order to rebook.
